From the beginning, this door model had an extraordinary reception, especially when used for industrial buildings. Our quality

All ROPER garage, industrial, and commercial doors have obtained the CE Marking (in compliance with EN 13241-1) after successfully undergoing the corresponding Initial Type Tests conducted by a notified body. The range of ROPER doors that carries this marking includes:

Furthermore, all doors in the range have successfully passed tests in both manual and motorized versions.

Tests and Approvals

Europe

Our doors are tested in accredited laboratories for all of Europe and have undergone fire resistance tests according to EN 1634-1 and 1363-1 testing standards, with classification in accordance with EN 13501-2. In addition, CF ROPER hinged doors have been tested for durability, achieving the highest C5 classification for all of them (equivalent to 200,000 operating cycles). These tests were conducted in accordance with EN 1191-1, and the doors were classified according to EN 14600. The obtained classifications are: EI2 60 C5 EI2 90 C5 EI2 120 C5 Both single and double-leaf doors have been tested. The doors can be fitted with or without fire-resistant glass. Within the range of fire-resistant hinged doors, acoustic behavior tests have been conducted in accordance with EN ISO 140-3.

America

Regarding American regulations, ROPER swing doors have obtained the FM APPROVAL mark, and their doors have obtained the Fire Resistance classification of 180 minutes (3H).

The fire-resistant registers have also been tested, both in their single-leaf and double-leaf versions. Within the registers, classifications have been made for those with visible hinges and those with concealed hinges. The fire resistance classification achieved for fire-resistant registers is the only one considered in the CTE, which is: EI2 60.

On the other hand, fire-resistant sliding doors have been tested and classified according to the aforementioned European standards, achieving the classification for the following types:

Residential Fire-Resistant Sliding Door (KORES) Normal Fire-Resistant Sliding Door (CIR) Telescopic Fire-Resistant Sliding Door (CCT) Guillotine Fire-Resistant Sliding Door (GIR)

In the tests conducted with fire-resistant sliding doors, different time classifications have been achieved, ranging from 60 minutes to 120 minutes.

Also within these tests, classifications have been obtained for single-leaf doors, doors with more than one leaf, as well as for pedestrian doors integrated into the sliding door.
