Frame

– Made of 1.2 mm thick galvanized steel sheet. – It has 4 claws, one in each corner of the frame to attach to the work-support. – High expansion fireproof intumescent joints – Optionally the frame can be supplied pre-lacquered.

Blade

– Made of galvanized steel sheet thickness 0.5 to 0.6 mm. – Internal perimeter reinforcement in 2.5 mm thick steel. – Interior insulating material: Rock Wool, thickness 55 mm. 165 Kg/m3 Technical characteristics: Euroclase E1 Synthetic binder Behavior against water: neither hydrophilic nor hygroscopic Linear expansion coefficient 2 x 10 1/m Thermal conductivity: see table – The system of joining sheets – rock wool is using intumescent glue of zero toxicity and flammability. Hidden hinges

Each register has two hinges made of 2 mm thick galvanized steel. A swollen joint High expansion at high temperatures – Glued around the entire perimeter of the frame – Made of graphite base, black – Dimensions 20×2.5 (width x thickness) – Flexible, insoluble and odorless – Expansion factor: 25 to 1 if Tª >180 ºC

Locks

Embedded in rock wool inside the sheet. – Reversible fire lock with double interlock and closing latch. – The lock is operated by means of a triangle or square key (standard finish) or by means of a cylinder (optional finish). – Marcada CE según norma UNE-EN 12209 conforme con el CTE

Finishes

STANDARD Finish, Galvanized Rest of the illustrated RAL colors are OPTIONAL. For other RAL finishes, consult our Department. Commercial. When the color is Light Oak or Dark Oak, the register frame is supplied painted in RAL 8014. For all other colors the frame is supplied in galvanized sheet metal. In all cases, only the leaf cover is supplied painted in the chosen color.

Door opening direction

The RBO registers are reversible, therefore, they allow their installation so that the opening direction is either to the right or to the left.

Classification Ei2 60 They comply with the CTE Technical Building Code Tested in accredited laboratories, in accordance with UNE EN 1634-1 for Fire Doors and manholes.
