Technical Data Sheet

Technical Data Sheet Industrial Supported Sliding Door

Supported horizontal sliding industrial door by ROPER with upper and lower guides and a steel structure, consisting of the following elements. Its operation is based on one or more rigid leaves that, when opening or closing, move horizontally, supported by the upper guide with rollers and guided at all times by the lower part.

Blade

The fence made of a cold-rolled tube frame and braced on the inside with tubular reinforcements to prevent buckling and increase wind resistance.

The tubes used to manufacture this type of doors are the following:

DECAPADOS Tubes

60×30, 80×40, or 100×40 tubes of quality E-220 according to UNE EN 10305-5 standard.

GALVANIZED Tubes

60×30, 80×40, or 100×40 tubes of quality E-220 + Z-275-NAC according to UNE EN 10305-5 standard.

Closing of the Leaf

The Industrial Tilting Door is manufactured with two types of different leaf enclosures:

Sheet

The sheets are made of pre-lacquered steel strip, DX51 according to EN-10142 standard, with an average thickness of 0.6 mm without a peelable film, ribbed in 200 mm modules, placed in a vertical or horizontal position, assembled under compression and welded to the frame of the sheet.

Sandwich Panel

Panel of 40 mm thickness. It is used for its manufacture, pre-lacquered sheet on galvanized steel, according to the EN-10142 standard. The interior of the panel is composed of expanded polyurethane with an average density of 40 kg/m³, free of CFC and HCFC. Two panel formats are used, one with a height of 500 mm and another with 610 mm.

Guides

In this type of doors, we distinguish between upper and lower guides:

Upper Guides

Formed by a galvanized steel sheet profile with a thickness of 3 or 4 mm, cold-rolled, depending on the dimensions and weight of the door. The following qualities are used:
