\nROPER is a manufacturer with more than 25 years of experience in the firebreak registration sector. We currently manufacture a wide range of 1-leaf and 2-leaf fire logs with marking and certification that covers almost 100% of the market needs. This type of manhole is especially indicated for areas where, due to their dimensions, it is not possible to place a fire door. They are mainly designed for installation in meters, communications systems, machine panels, etc…<\/p>\n

Frame<\/strong>
\n– Made of 1.2 mm thick galvanized steel sheet.<\/p>\n

– It has 4 claws, one in each corner of the frame to attach to the work-support.<\/p>\n

– High expansion fireproof intumescent joints<\/p>\n

– Optionally the frame can be supplied pre-lacquered.<\/p>\n

Blade<\/strong>
\n– Made of galvanized steel sheet thickness 0.5 to 0.6 mm.<\/p>\n

– Internal perimeter reinforcement in 2.5 mm thick steel.<\/p>\n

– Interior insulating material: Rock Wool, thickness 55 mm. 165 Kg\/m3<\/p>\n

\nEach register has two hinges made of 2 mm thick galvanized steel.<\/p>\n

A swollen joint<\/strong><\/p>\n

High expansion at high temperatures<\/p>\n

– Glued around the entire perimeter of the frame<\/p>\n

– Made of graphite base, black<\/p>\n

– Dimensions 20×2.5 (width x thickness)<\/p>\n

– Flexible, insoluble and odorless<\/p>\n

– Expansion factor: 25 to 1 if T\u00aa >180 \u00baC<\/p>\n

Locks<\/strong>
\nEmbedded in rock wool inside the sheet.<\/p>\n

– Reversible fire lock with double interlock and closing latch.<\/p>\n

– The lock is operated by means of a triangle or square key (standard finish) or by means of a cylinder (optional finish). – Marcada CE seg\u00fan norma UNE-EN 12209 conforme con el CTE<\/p>\n
