• Sheet: The sheets are formed by galvanized or pre-lacquered steel strip, DX51 according to EN-10142 standard, up to 0.7 mm thick without peelable film, ribbed in 200 mm modules, placed vertically or horizontally, assembled under compression welded to the frame of the leaf.

Frames:

They are made of a cold-rolled tube frame with the same tube models used for the leaf manufacturing.

Hinges:

Depending on the model and size of the door, there are two types of hinges:

• Hinges: Hinges formed by three modules of pickled sheet with a thickness of 2.5 mm, quality Ap13, matrixed in a curl-shaped pattern. The axis of it is a calibrated 8 mm rod. QUALITY f1. Hot-dip galvanized afterward.
• Hinges: Hinges of 16×100 or 18×120.

Closing System:

In the single-leaf swing, it consists of a lock with a cylinder and handle, which locks the side frame of the swing.

The quality of this door is endorsed by tests carried out in accredited laboratories, in accordance with the product standard EN 13241-1, and it is marked for both manual and automatic versions. Both the parts used in the door and its finish will depend on the dimensions of the door, its variant, and the opening in the construction. They will also depend on possible changes due to improvements in production processes.
