Its operation is based on one or two leaves, attached to a side frame using roller bearings and which rotate perpendicular to the ground.
BladeThe fence made of a cold-rolled tube frame and braced on the inside with tubular reinforcements to prevent buckling and increase wind resistance. The tubes used to manufacture this type of doors are the following: STRIPPING 80×40 or 60×30 tubes of E-220 quality according to UNE EN 10305-5 standard. GALVANIZED Tubes of 80×40 or 60×30 of quality E-220 + Z-275-NAC according to UNE EN 10305-5 standard.Closing of the leafThe Industrial Swing Cancela with one or two leaves is manufactured with three types of different leaf enclosures:
Frames:
They are manufactured in 60x60x3 black tube, 80x80x4 black tube, or with a double UPN of 80×45 covered with sheet metal, depending on the requirements for future automation.
Hinges:
They are formed by cast steel pivots with internal roller bearings, both for the upper and lower parts.
Locking System:
In the single-leaf swinging gate, it consists of a floor lock if a lock is not requested. In the double-leaf swinging gate, it is composed of floor locks that will be embedded at the floor and at the upper frame if applicable. It also includes a lock with a cylinder and handle, which locks the leaf without a lock if requested. |
