PACKAGING FOR SINGLE LEAF CF DOORS The pallets for single-leaf fire doors consist of 15 doors, positioned vertically, on a stand with a metal tube frame and wooden blocks that facilitate their subsequent movements. The doors are connected to each other by elastic tape sequentially as doors are added to the pallet. Once there are 15 doors on the pallet, they are all wrapped with high-strength stretch film. All packages include an instruction sheet for efficient, safe, and simple unpacking of the doors.

The door is composed of a leaf manufactured with two trays joined together and filled with a rigid panel of rock wool. A frame adapted to the leaf and prepared to be received by masonry. An intumescent seal with high expansion upon contact with heat, a lock with CE marking according to UNE EN 12209, hinges made of high-strength steel according to UNE EN 1935, a handle with a metal core covered with black polyamide, and fixed on the frame for installation in the construction.

Opening height of: 2070 / 2150 / 2200 / 2300 / 2400 and 2500 mm. Optionally, they can be manufactured in any size upon request, in widths from 600 mm to 1300 mm, and in any height from 1600 mm to 2500 mm in 50 mm increments.
