Technical Data Sheet The door is composed of a leaf manufactured with two trays joined together and filled with a rigid panel of rock wool. A frame adapted to the leaf and prepared to be received by masonry. An intumescent seal with high expansion upon contact with heat, a lock with CE marking according to UNE EN 12209, hinges made of high-strength steel according to UNE EN 1935, a handle with a metal core covered with black polyamide, and fixed on the frame for installation in the construction. Single Leaf ROPER Single-Leaf Fire-rated Doors are manufactured for various opening widths: 800 / 900 / 1000 / 1100 / 1200 and 1300 mm. Opening height of: 2070 / 2150 / 2200 / 2300 / 2400 and 2500 mm. Optionally, they can be manufactured in any size upon request, in widths from 600 mm to 1300 mm, and in any height from 1600 mm to 2500 mm in 50 mm increments.
Certifications Ratings: EI2 60 C5 / EI2 90 C5 / EI2 120 C5 / FM approvals. Compliance with the Building Technical Code and tested in accredited laboratories according to UNE EN 1634-1 for Hinged Fire Doors without spring. Ratings: EI2 60 / EI2 90.   Two Leaves EI2 60 / EI2 90 ROPER two-leaf fire-rated swing doors are manufactured for various opening sizes. In width, ranging from 1000 to 2500 mm, and in height, ranging from 1600 to 2500 mm. They are delivered painted in RAL 9010 color or galvanized. PACKAGING FOR SINGLE LEAF CF DOORS The pallets for single-leaf fire doors consist of 15 doors, positioned vertically, on a stand with a metal tube frame and wooden blocks that facilitate their subsequent movements. The doors are connected to each other by elastic tape sequentially as doors are added to the pallet. Once there are 15 doors on the pallet, they are all wrapped with high-strength stretch film. All packages include an instruction sheet for efficient, safe, and simple unpacking of the doors. PACKAGING FOR DOUBLE LEAF CF DOORS The pallets for double-leaf fire doors consist of 12 doors, positioned vertically, on a stand with a metal tube frame and wooden blocks that facilitate their subsequent movements. The doors are connected to each other by elastic tape sequentially as doors are added to the pallet. Once there are 12 doors on the pallet, they are all wrapped with high-strength stretch film. All packages include an instruction sheet for efficient, safe, and simple unpacking of the doors.
Frame Manufactured in 1.5 mm galvanized steel sheet. According to UNE EN 10142 standard. Blade Made of 0.6 mm galvanized steel sheet with internal perimeter reinforcements of 2.5 mm. Internally, the entire surface is insulated with rock wool of 165 kg/m3, adhered with intumescent glue of zero toxicity and flammability. It includes a safety pivot between the two lower hinges to prevent the door from separating from the frame in case of fire. Hinges Two non-spring galvanized fire-resistant hinges per door according to UNE EN 1935 and compliant with the Technical Building Code (CTE) for EI2 60 C5. Three hinges for EI2 90 C5. Intumescent Seal Present around the entire perimeter of the frame except at the bottom, with dimensions of 20 x 2.5 mm. Made of graphite, black in color, with high expansion, flexibility, insolubility, and no odor. Fire-resistant Lock Recessed in the blade. Reversible with double locking and closing bolt. Complies with UNE EN 12209 standard with CE marking and in accordance with the CTE.
