Technical Data Sheet

ROPER Cancela Sliding Door with lower guide, support gantry and tubular steel structure, formed by the following elements. Its operation is based on a rigid leaf that moves horizontally, supported at all times on a lower guide and without an upper guide. A tubular structure portal is used to support it and prevent the door from collapsing. Blade The frame is made of a cold-rolled tube frame. It may have interior bracing formed with tubes to prevent buckling and increase wind resistance. The tubes used for the manufacturing of this type of doors are as follows: UNCOATED Tubes of 80×40, 100×40, or 120×60 of quality E-220 according to standard UNE EN 10305-5. GALVANIZED Tubes of 80×40 or 100×40 of quality E-220 + Z-275-NAC according to standard UNE EN 10305-5. Enclosure of the Leaf The Sliding Gate is manufactured with three types of different leaf enclosures:
  1. Sheet: The sheets are formed by pre-painted steel strip, DX51 according to standard EN-10142, with an average thickness of 0.6 mm without peelable film, grooved in modules of 200 mm, placed vertically or horizontally, compression-welded to the frame of the leaf.
  2. Sandwich Panel: 40 mm thick panel. It is made using pre-painted steel on galvanized steel, according to standard EN-10142. The interior of the panel is composed of expanded polyurethane with an average density of 40 kg/m³, free of CFC and HCFC. Two panel formats are used, one with a height of 500 mm and the other with 610 mm.
  3. Bars: They are formed by galvanized tubes of 40×30 or 60×30 of quality E-220 + Z-275-NAC according to standard UNE EN 10305-5.
Guides Depending on the dimensions and use, they can be:
  1. Cold-rolled profile with a thickness of 2.5 mm, quality DX51D.
  2. Solid 25×12 or 25×25 mounted on UPN 80×45.
Supporting Structure Formed by a tubular structure with tubes of 100×40 or 120×60 with the characteristics mentioned above, to which supporting pulleys are attached. Supporting Pulleys Pulleys made of polyamide with an internal bearing. Closing System The closure is carried out by a vertical locking bolt that acts on the lower guide. It is made of Ø18 rod.
