Operation is based on a rigid leaf that moves horizontally, supported at all times by a lower guide and without an upper guide. A tubular structure portal is used to support it and prevent the door from collapsing. Blade The frame is made of a cold-rolled tube frame. It may have internal bracing with tubes to prevent buckling and increase wind resistance. The tubes used to manufacture this type of doors are the following: DECAPADOS: Tubes of 80×40, 100×40, or 120×60 of E-220 quality according to UNE EN 10305-5 standard. GALVANIZADOS: Tubes of 80×40 or 100×40 of E-220 + Z-275-NAC quality according to UNE EN 10305-5 standard. Closing of the leaf The Industrial Sliding Gate Cancela is manufactured with three different leaf enclosure types:
  • Sheet: Sheets are formed by pre-painted steel strip, DX51 according to EN-10142 standard, with an average thickness of 0.6 mm, without peelable film, grooved in 200 mm modules, positioned vertically or horizontally, compression-welded to the leaf frame.
  • Sandwich Panel: 40 mm thick panel. It is made by pre-painted sheet on galvanized steel, according to EN-10142 standard. The interior of the panel is composed of expanded polyurethane with an average density of 40 kg/m³, free of CFC and HCFC. Two panel formats are used, one with a height of 500 mm and another with 610 mm.
  • Bars: Formed by tubes of 40×30 or 60×30 galvanized with E-220 + Z-275-NAC quality according to UNE EN 10305-5 standard.
Depending on the dimensions and use, they can be:
  • Cold-rolled profile with a thickness of 2.5 mm, quality DX51D.
  • Solid 25×12 or 25×25 mounted on UPN of 80×45.
Supporting Portal Formed by a tubular structure with tubes of 100×40 or 120×60 with the characteristics mentioned earlier, to which supporting pulleys are attached.
