These doors are especially designed to be used in storage rooms, basements, schools, machine rooms, etc… Their great versatility and variety of sizes and finishes give them great integration into works.

Frame

-2 TYPES: STD Z -Made with 0.8mm thick galvanized sheet for the STD and Z frames. – Composed of an upper profile, a lower profile and two side profiles joined together by welding. -The STD and Z frames have 6 fixed or anchoring claws to fix the door when it is received directly to the supporting work.

Blade

Manufacture: Made with 2 galvanized steel sheets with a thickness of up to 0.5 mm, joined together by screws and clinching.

Filled with honeycomb panels throughout its extension. General characteristics: 2 layers made of semi-chemical paper, 112 g/m2, compression resistance of 1.8 Kg/cm, non-toxic smoke propagation, cell size: 15 mm.
High compression resistance of 2.2 Kg/cm2 – Very good flatness.
Very low weight: 11.7 kg/m2.
100% recyclable and environmentally friendly.
Does not release toxic gases in case of fire.
Does not use HCFCs or HFCs.
Does not contain hazardous substances such as benzene or toluene. The connection between the sheet and the honeycomb panel is made with glue.

Hinges:

Made of galvanized steel.
Composed of 2 bodies attached to the frame by welding and to the door by screws and a hinge pin that connects them.
They have spurs that are inserted into the door to prevent it from being pulled out once closed.

Operating System: The set of accessories to operate the lock is made of matte black plastic with a shield of the same material.
